My name is Lenke LaGrandeur and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW, license #LW61043383) with a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I've spent the last several years in both non-profit and community mental health settings, working with people from varying backgrounds, all with unique experiences and challenges. Currently in private practice and as a member of the DBT Eastside consult team, I am passionate about helping people reach their goals, feel better about themselves, and find peace and balance in their lives. I believe that this is something that can be attainable for just about anyone.
I am currently offering the following modes of treatment based on assessment of current functioning: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing for trauma (EMDR), and Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
I hope that if you are reading this in a time of need, I might get the chance to hear about some of the difficulties you are facing. Because the idea of therapy can be intimidating, it is important to me that the space I provide for each client feels safe, welcoming, culturally sensitive, and nonjudgmental. I'd love to meet you, learn your story, and help you heal and grow in any way I can.
